Allegany County legislators elect W. Brooke Harris chair; Kevin Fred Demick named vice chair

W. Brooke Harris was sworn in as chairman of the Allegany County Board of Legislators during an organizational meeting that also confirmed Kevin Fred Demick as vice chairman.

Legislator Janice Burdick introduced the resolution to appoint Harris and said, "It is my honor to... appoint Chairman Harris for the next term."
