Council administers oath to newly appointed deputy clerk Jessica Radland

The Mills City Council announced the appointment and administered the oath to Deputy Clerk Jessica Radland.

During the formal oath, Radland recited language committing to uphold the constitutions of the United States and the State of Wyoming and attested she had not knowingly violated laws related to her election or appointment. On the record she said, "I ... do solemnly swear that I will support, obey, and defend the Constitution of the United States ... and the constitution of the state of Wyoming, and that I have not knowingly violated any law related to my election or appointment."

No objections or further discussion about the appointment were recorded on the public record. The oath was administered as part of the meeting's opening proceedings.
