Board approves routine minutes, treasurer's report, personnel items and policies; an attempt to amend the agenda failed

At the meeting the board handled a series of procedural and approval items.

A motion to adopt the agenda carried by voice vote early in the meeting. Later, a member moved to amend the agenda to add two motions from packet materials under approvals; the board discussed notice requirements and an advertised‑meeting rule, and a roll-call vote to amend the agenda failed 3 yes to 6 no.

The board approved minutes from the Oct. 16 regular meeting (voice vote, one abstention), accepted the treasurer’s report, and approved bills for payment including use of the general capital reserve fund. Based on executive-session discussions, the board tabled one resignation item to the next voting meeting on Dec. 18. The board also approved multiple personnel items (resignations, appointments, status and salary changes), accepted additional volunteers, and voted to recommend tenure for Melissa Danson.

The Delaware Valley School District Chapter 330 K–12 school counseling plan was approved after the board confirmed changes identified in prior review. The board passed several board-policy changes, noting a renumbering change and scheduling review of a new co‑curricular policy in December with possible adoption in January.

No controversial formal votes were adopted beyond the failed agenda amendment; most approvals were completed by voice vote.
