Commissioner Weaver honors retiring Parkview employees

At the Clinton County Board of Commissioners’ Dec. 30 cleanup meeting, Commissioner Weaver publicly recognized Parkview employees who are retiring.

Commissioner Weaver named Chris Overman as the Parkview supervisor who is retiring and said he had the honor of hiring Overman "several years ago," praising his leadership and service to the county. He also thanked Ken for roughly 38 years of service and wished him well in retirement.

Other commissioners and the presiding official echoed the appreciation, thanked the retirees for their leadership and noted the county had been left "in a better place than you found it," remarks that closed the board’s recognition segment.
