Redmond economic development team promotes business resources to entrepreneurs

Dominique Meeks, who identified herself as part of Redmond’s economic development team, outlined the office’s outreach and support for local businesses and urged entrepreneurs to use city resources to grow their operations.

“Our economic development team and I work directly with Redmond’s business community, helping new businesses get started, supporting long time favorites, and connecting owners with resources they need to grow and thrive,” Meeks said. She encouraged entrepreneurs to “explore the city's business resource page, sign up for our e newsletter, and attend 1 of our monthly co working days to learn more about opportunities guaranteed to enhance their small business.”

Meeks described three core activities of the team: assisting startups, supporting established businesses, and linking owners to resources.
