Ripon City Council approves Meadowood final map, allows 17 homes to begin construction

The Ripon City Council approved the final map for the Meadowood Residential Subdivision on Dec. 23, allowing construction to begin on 17 of the project’s 88 single‑family homes while requiring that no sale agreements be executed until all civil improvements are completed.
