The Planning & Zoning Commission approved the Nov. 24, 2025 meeting minutes on a unanimous roll call and heard the monthly zoning report. Staff reported six zoning certificates (all for new builds by Pulte), 12 occupancy permits and 271 total new units for the year (117 single‑family, 154 multifamily). Several subdivisions (Eagle Creek Highlands, Kinder Crossing, Woodland Lake) remain at early stages but could start construction next year.
Commissioners asked if staff could obtain comparative data from neighboring Berkshire Township to better understand regional development patterns; staff offered to share Delaware County Regional Planning Commission mapping and county auditor GIS resources to provide context and pledged to follow up with data-sharing options.
The commission also heard brief administrative remarks about outgoing commissioners and new appointees who will join the body in January.
