Organizers confirm Jubilee of Trees schedule and volunteer needs; fairgrounds date conflicts noted

Organizers for the Box Elder School District's Jubilee of Trees fundraising event reported progress and logistics for the upcoming show.

Unidentified Speaker 3 opened the Jubilee discussion saying the event is "going well this year" with 15 trees and 18 tables committed and that setup will begin Tuesday at 08:00. Volunteers are needed to mark tree locations, assemble meal and silent-auction tables, greet sponsors Wednesday evening, and staff public hours Thursday and Friday afternoons; silent-auction pickup and tree deliveries are scheduled for Saturday morning.

Unidentified Speaker 5 outlined outreach plans, noting invitations extended to the senior center and an assisted-living residence to attend Thursday morning when the event is less busy.
