Kenilworth Planning Board adopts 2026 meeting calendar and notes prior Nest site‑plan approval

At the start of the Dec. 10 meeting, the Kenilworth Planning Board adopted a resolution establishing its regular meeting dates for 2026. The board agreed to advertise the schedule now and revisit it in January or February to adjust dates that conflict with holidays such as Thanksgiving, Memorial Day and Christmas.

Separately, the board noted on the record that application 225008 (referred to in the hearing as Nest) had received preliminary and final site‑plan approval at the board’s Nov. 25 meeting. The board’s planner reported the Nest submission required no variances and that the interior and landscaping work described was straightforward.

Board members voted on both items by roll call; the meeting notice and adoption were recorded as compliant with the Open Public Meetings Act.
