- EMS hires and promotion (agenda item #8): recommended hires and promotion (Houston Berry as paramedic; Jordan Sigman as EMT; three part-time hires; Noah Howell promoted to paramedic) were approved; start dates and hourly rates were announced.
- EMS truck 10-06 repair: court approved proceeding with a recommended comprehensive front-frame replacement after an initial insurer estimate of $36,005.39 rose to $47,015; staff will continue insurer follow-up.
- Road department promotion: West Bryant was approved for a blended equipment operator/safety/CDL specialist position effective Jan. 5 at $25.38/hour.
