Votes at a glance: minutes, stipend, 6 Brook Lane variance and 250 Turnpike conditional approval

The board specified follow-up on several items: staff will circulate the DPW memo and will collect annual maintenance reports for 6 Brook Lane; applicants for 250 Turnpike were told to provide the DPW memo and receive DPW sign-off before finalizing permits.
