Commission delays action on Hydroclonics LLC text amendment; staff not yet ready

Under unfinished business the commission briefly discussed a proposed zone text amendment submitted on behalf of Hydroclonics LLC. Staff told the commission they were not yet fully prepared to bring the final draft forward and suggested the item be carried to the next meeting. The commission was reminded it has 65 days from the close of the public hearing under state statute to take action.

No formal vote or motion on the text amendment was held; staff indicated they would present a clarified version of the text amendment at a future meeting to ensure commissioners are clear on the exact language to be considered.
