Princeton Zoning Board adopts annual calendar, grants extension for 164 Prospect Avenue

The Princeton Zoning Board of Adjustment voted Dec. 10 to adopt its annual meeting calendar and the required annual notices, and it agreed to carry the matter of 164 Prospect Avenue to the Jan. 28, 2026 calendar.

Board members said the calendar contains extra dates in January and February to accommodate a heavy case load. The board’s clerk confirmed the sunshine notice and related postings were filed with the clerk and published on the municipal website and local outlets in keeping with the Open Public Meetings Act.

Separately, the board accepted counsel’s request to extend the hearing for a case involving 164 Prospect Avenue (Block 55.01, Lot 16). The applicant asked for the item to be scheduled on the Jan. 28, 2026 agenda; the board placed the matter on that date.
