Committee approves previous meeting minutes; meeting adjourned

At the start of business, Tom Duffy moved to approve the previous meeting minutes; the motion was seconded and, after the Chair asked for comments, a voice vote was taken and 'Aye' was recorded. The Chair stated the motion carries.

The meeting continued with organization reports (Hayward Lakes Visitors Convention Bureau, EDC, historical society) and public comments. No further formal votes were recorded. After a historical society update and brief remarks, the Chair adjourned the meeting.
