Director reports pump and electrical delays; sled hill not yet open

At the informational director's report, the Director (name not stated) updated the council on a parks infrastructure project tied to the sledding hill. He said the project is roughly 80'90% complete but completion is delayed because a key pump and electrical equipment are on backorder; staff have a meeting scheduled with the contractor to review delivery timelines.
