Pennsbury board approves consent agenda including software renewals, bus disposals and vendor contracts

The Pennsbury School District board approved the consent agenda at its Dec. 18 action meeting by roll-call vote.

Among the items listed in committee reports and presented for board approval were: disposition of older 78‑passenger buses, renewal of the district’s Duo Security multi‑factor authentication subscription (cost not to exceed $24,220), authorization to prepare RFPs for auditing and health‑care adviser services, renewal of Microsoft licensing through the Bucks County Intermediate Unit (prorated cost not to exceed $59,321.16 for the current school year; annual cost up to $78,472.80 for 2026–29), a 36‑month Windstream telephone service renewal at $2,682.14 per month, a proposed contract extension with the Pennsylvania Association of School Business Officials for interim management services, and authorization to purchase 23 MacBook Airs (cost not to exceed $20,677).

The roll call recorded affirmative votes from the board members present and the president declared the motion passed. No member publicly recorded a dissent or abstention during the vote.
