Ione council approves warrants excluding vendor Eco Urban; authorizes repayment settlement from 2007 CDBG loan

- Settlement: During the meeting's opening report staff said the council, by a 5-0 vote, had authorized execution of a settlement agreement to arrange repayment of a prior community development block grant (CDBG) loan from 2007; an executed copy will be available upon request once signed.

- Warrants: Council debated the monthly warrants and a specific vendor invoice for Eco Urban. A councilmember moved to approve the warrants but exclude the Eco Urban charge, arguing the vendor had not met expectations; after discussion the motion to approve the warrants excluding Eco Urban carried.
