Votes at a glance: Harrisburg board approves multiple contracts, personnel actions and policies

Most motions were moved and seconded on the record and carried by roll-call votes announced by the district secretary. When a board member reported a potential conflict (Miss Hughes on item 7.9), she stated for the record she would abstain. Several items included short staff presentations explaining scope and fiscal impact before votes.

The board ended with routine committee reports and a superintendent’s report announcing the district's football team advancing to the PIAA state semifinal and confirming the next meeting date and location.
