City planner Brandon Berry presented design review Case 25144 for a new medium building‑type single‑family residence at 2604 Pass‑a‑Grille Way, represented by Sam Angelides for owners Kevin and Lois Quinn. Staff said the design had been revised to meet overlay requirements, citing the addition of a front porch roof, lap siding continuing to the ground floor, and window/shutter treatments.

Berry asked the applicant to confirm lap siding on the ground floor, to provide porch width/depth/height dimensions to ensure frontage dimensional requirements are met, and to note the upper‑deck side setback on revised plans. The applicant, Sam Angelides, confirmed the lap siding commitment and stated the design team would provide the required dimensional and setback details.
