Trustees enter executive session under Ohio law to discuss employment; no public action taken

At the end of the Nov. 25 meeting Trustee Sue Silk Fields moved the board into executive session pursuant to Ohio Revised Code §121.22(G) to consider employment matters. The motion was seconded, trustees voted to approve, and the board noted the session would begin at 6:46 p.m. The motion invited Kevin Scott and the fiscal officer to attend the executive session to observe and assist with transition-related matters.

The trustees returned from executive session and recorded no public action taken during that closed session. After hearing no additional 'good of the township' items, the board moved to adjourn and the meeting ended.
