Committee approves meeting date change, minutes and adjourns; votes unanimous

The Baltimore County Administrative Charging Committee unanimously approved a series of routine items Dec. 5, including a change to the January meeting date, approval of prior meeting minutes and a motion to adjourn.

Chair Chris Sewey announced the January meeting would move from Jan. 2 to Jan. 9 at the Union Conference Room, 305 Washington Avenue, Towson, and moved to change the date. Members voted in favor; the chair called the result unanimous.

The committee then moved to approve the Nov. 7, 2025 meeting minutes; the motion was seconded and approved by voice vote. Near the end of the session Joan Harris moved to adjourn the meeting until Jan. 9; the motion was seconded and the committee voted to adjourn.

All motions recorded in the public transcript were carried by voice vote with no recorded dissent. The committee’s next meeting is set for Jan. 9 (as announced during the Dec. 5 meeting).
