District staff reported that multiple Freedom of Information Act requests submitted since the last regular meeting have been processed and completed.

Notable requests listed by staff included demands for contracts, engagement letters and communications involving the law firm(s) Robin Schwartz and/or Franzik (requested by Max Binnington/Judas Iacracy LLC and affiliates); materials and protocols related to investigations of alleged abuse or misconduct; records related to risk-management and liability insurance; purchase-order summaries for Bremen CHSD 228 covering 07/01/2025 through 11/30/2025; and requests for staff contact information.

Staff repeatedly stated that several of these requests "have been completed," though the transcript did not include the released documents or their contents. The FOIA report recorded requests by multiple named requestors and organizations pursuing records related to investigations and pre-litigation settlements.
