- Adopted Resolution No. 102-2026 for employee dishonesty and faithful performance insurance (exhibit 7) for the incoming treasurer; discussion noted the resolution references $50,000 but insurance coverage may be closer to a quarter-million according to the insurance agent; motion adopted.
- Accepted donations for December 2025, including multiple community gifts totaling detailed line items and year-to-date cash donations of $152,887.83; submissions approved by motion and roll call.
