Fazlil Kabir sworn in as College Park mayor; council names Maria Mackey mayor pro tem

Fazlil Kabir was sworn in as mayor of the City of College Park after reciting the oath administered by the clerk, pledging to support the constitutions and faithfully execute the office for the city and state.
