Lakeville Library trustees approve corrected minutes and revised Great Ponds Gallery policy

The Lakeville Library Board of Trustees voted Oct. 29 to accept corrected minutes from July 23 and Sept. 17 and to adopt a revised Great Ponds Gallery policy.

Chair Patrick Marshall called the meeting to order at 9 a.m. and trustees reviewed typographical and formatting errors in the secretary’s minutes, including misspelled words and name spellings. After trustees discussed specific corrections, a trustee moved to accept the minutes 'as corrected' and the board approved the motion by voice vote.

Later in the meeting a trustee presented the Great Ponds Gallery policy revisions recommended by the gallery committee. The trustee moved to approve the revised policy as supplied in the packet; with no further discussion the board adopted the gallery policy by voice vote.
