Board approves minutes and consent agenda, moves to executive session

The Schenectady City School District Board adopted the Dec. 3 agenda by voice assent and approved routine items before hearing a presentation on discipline.

A motion to approve the minutes from Nov. 5 and Nov. 19 was moved by Board member Alexandria and seconded by Board member Kathy; the board approved the motion by voice vote. Later, the board approved consent agenda items 6a through 6f on a motion by Board member Kathy and a second from Board member Alexandria; the item carried.

At the end of public business the board voted to enter executive session to discuss several personnel matters; a motion was made and seconded, and members voted 'Aye.' No formal personnel actions were announced in open session.

These routine approvals were recorded on the meeting record and will be reflected in the official minutes.
