PUCN approves staff order correcting tenant electric bills in Silver Springs Mobile Home Park dispute

The Public Utilities Commission of Nevada on the record approved a hearing officer's proposed order in Docket No. 23-05008, resolving a billing complaint brought by Andrea Condor against Silver Springs Mobile Home Park. Hearing Officer Craino told commissioners staff's investigation found the park had both undercharged and overcharged tenants for electric service and recommended corrections to Condor's bills in accordance with staff's confidential work papers.
