The Kalispell City Council approved the final plat for Bloomstone Phases 5 and 6 and accepted a subdivision improvement agreement for $240,250 secured by a cash bond, city staff said.
Assistant Director PJ Sorensen described the request from Lehi House Bill National Multifamily LLC for final plat approval of approximately 13.8 acres consolidated into a single lot for a multifamily development adjacent to the bypass. Sorensen said prior preliminary plat approval included 30 conditions, infrastructure has been installed or bonded, and staff recommended approval.
Councilor Dowd moved to approve the final plat and subdivision improvement agreement; the motion was seconded and passed on a unanimous roll-call vote with all present voting aye.
The transcript does not list a construction schedule or the number of residential units; staff indicated prior phases included single-family homes and townhomes in other nearby phases.
