Committee reviews cameras, field lighting and schedules next Public Works meeting for April 12

Committee members provided brief operational updates on security cameras, field lighting and maintenance before setting the next meeting date and adjourning.

Speaker 1 and Speaker 4 reported that newly installed cameras are up and delivering good images; Speaker 4 said the image "looks great." Speaker 3 described recent cleanup and repair work at parks and noted some field-light timers may need checking after reports of darkness earlier in the evening. Staff and volunteers are planning a Saturday clean-up to finish outstanding work.

The committee reviewed the calendar and agreed to meet again on Wednesday, April 12 at 6:00 p.m.; Speaker 1 called a motion to adjourn, which was moved (motion by Tyler and second by Gully as recorded) and approved.

Next steps: staff will check camera and lighting timers and continue coordinating park cleanup and minor repairs ahead of the upcoming recreational season.
