Speaker 3 described remaining tasks including floor repairs in specific offices, final tile and ceiling-tile delivery issues at regional stores, and potential touch-up work once contractors finish. Staff discussed AV and TV setup for the courtroom and noted some cameras and lenses will need cleaning and password reconfiguration before meetings can return upstairs. "If everything falls in place like it should, we'll be in there kinda cool this month," Speaker 3 said.
