Sherman Terrace update continued as attorney seeks more time to file as‑built plans

Attorney James Giuliano, who said he has taken over representation from prior counsel, updated the planning board on progress for Sherman Terrace and requested time to assemble outstanding items including as‑built plans, drainage certifications and fire‑department turnaround confirmation. Giuliano said he will perform a site visit and expects to return with substantive information soon. The board voted to continue the item to its March 26 meeting so the new attorney and applicant can provide the requested documentation and responses.
