Planning Board accepts Carlson Way as-built plans and releases remaining bond money

Planning staff reported that all outstanding items for the Carlson Way subdivision have been satisfied. The board voted to accept the submitted as-built plans and to release the remaining funds held in the tripartite agreement intended to guarantee subdivision completion. Members were asked to sign the customary Form L after the meeting to formalize the acceptance.

The board's action completes long-running punch-list work for Carlson Way and allows remaining financial guarantees to be returned per standard procedures.
