Dendoor described specific traffic‑flow changes proposed for County Road 209: deceleration lanes and left‑turn lanes at Oak Stream and Watkins Road, a realignment near Sandridge Road (SR 739B), and a potential abandonment/repurposing of a grayed‑out segment pending final analysis. He emphasized avoiding cul‑de‑sac designs that encourage illegal dumping and discussed coordination with Clay Electric regarding overhead utilities and potential relocation.

Commissioners praised staff for negotiating GMPs to reduce change‑order exposure. One commissioner noted contractors underbidding work and later increasing costs with change orders; another asked staff to return with details about impacts on adjacent properties and pond site mitigation.
