- Animal shelter report for March (admissions, adoptions, transfers and volunteer hours reported).
- Sheriff’s office surplus request to permit a retiring officer to purchase his service weapon in accordance with the cited statute (vendor fair‑market value attached).
- Landfill report for March (approximately 7,760 tons handled; leachate pumped to the city treatment plant; Phase 6 construction ongoing; compactor ordered).
- Recycling and solid‑waste reports, property abatement and dumping reports, and related operational items.
- Treasurer Kim Muse's request to pay claims including additions totaling $57,921.40, approval of the quarterly financial statement as of 03/31/2024 (general fund investments reported at about $2.7 million, landfill investments $1,854,944.89, total investments reported $4,554,944.89), and budget transfers totaling $183,312.
Several routine procurement and operational approvals were unanimous on roll call; the court did not record contested votes during the session.
