Soledad approves amendment to engineering services task order with Harrison Associates

The Soledad City Council approved a consent-item resolution on April 9 authorizing Task Order No. 2, Amendment No. 3 with Harrison Associates for city engineering and staff augmentation services and authorized the city manager to execute the amendment.

Staff pointed out two technical corrections to the resolution: Amendment No. 2's expiration date should be April 30, 2024 (rather than April 6 as listed), and the proposed amendment would extend Harrison Associates' task order to expire April 30, 2025 to provide continuity on current projects. The staff report and an exhibit to Amendment No. 3 were made available to the council.

No members of the public pulled the consent item for discussion, and the council approved the consent calendar by voice vote. The motion carried unanimously.
