Calistoga Planning Commission elects Tim Wilkes as chair, reappoints Doug Allen as vice chair

The Calistoga Planning Commission elected Tim Wilkes to serve as chair and reappointed Commissioner Doug Allen as vice chair at its regularly scheduled meeting. The commission approved two sets of draft minutes and adopted the 2024 meeting calendar by voice vote.
