Board approves meeting minutes, discusses scheduling and terms, then adjourns

Staff and members discussed director’s items and board term lengths: Milliner said terms are generally three years, typically ending in February, and that staff would notify members when terms near expiration. The county had circulated a volunteer‑opportunity email seeking applicants for board vacancies.
