Staff recommends positive recommendation for nine‑lot Promontory subdivision

County planning staff presented a final subdivision plan for the Promontory Homage Task — a proposed nine‑lot subdivision south of the Nicholas Clubhouse Complex — and recommended the Planning Commission forward a positive recommendation to the county manager.

The presenter said the development would remove the units from the resort density pool, that staff had reviewed applicable code and GRAMA requirements, and that service providers raised no objections. “So we are recommending a positive recommendation to the planning commission to recommend a positive recommendation to the county manager for a final decision,” the presenter said.
