Planning commission approves Chalk Creek Run Lot 1 plat amendment

At its Oct. 19 meeting the Eastern Summit County Planning Commission opened a public hearing on a plat amendment to amend the road right-of-way and easement on Lot 1 of the Chalk Creek Run subdivision. Staff recommended approval.

Commissioner Clint moved to approve the Chalk Creek Run Lot 1 plat amendment "for the fines of X, conclusion of the law, conditions of approval, and then staff report." Don seconded the motion. The commission carried the motion by voice vote.

No public testimony was received during the hearing and staff indicated the private lane will remain maintained internally by the five property owners; the small triangle parcel created by the adjustment will remain part of Lot 1 and is the owner's maintenance responsibility, staff said.
