The commission unanimously approved a conditional‑use permit for a vitamin infusion (medical/dental) operation in Canyon Corners Building B, near Whole Foods.
Planner Ray Milner told commissioners the clinic is a conditional use in the neighborhood commercial zone under the Canyon Corners development agreement and that the application requires no changes to the existing site plan other than signage. Ray said the use is expected to have limited on‑site demand (three to four clients and similar staffing levels) and that staff recommended approval "per the findings, conditions and conclusions in the staff report."
No members of the public spoke during the hearing. A commissioner made a motion to approve the CUP and the commission approved it by roll‑call vote 6–0.
What comes next: the applicant may pursue required sign permits and building/tenant‑improvement permits; staff will track conditions of approval listed in the staff report.
