Clearlake Measure B Oversight Board adopts resolution declaring compliance with ordinance

The Clearlake Measure B Oversight Board voted to adopt Resolution OC 2022‑01, declaring the board’s compliance with section 3.7.14 of Ordinance No. 189‑2016. The motion was moved and seconded and passed by recorded roll call.

The resolution, presented to the board as a compliance finding and recommended for review by city council, was approved on a voice and roll‑call vote. During the roll call Member Scholes, Member Squatier, Member Silva, Member Allyn, Chair Coburn and remote participant Cheryl each recorded “aye.” The board chair announced the motion passed.
