Daly City Library Board approves prior minutes and agenda, adjourns April meeting

During the opening of the April 16 Daly City Library Board of Trustees meeting, the board moved to approve the minutes of the prior meeting and later voted to approve the meeting agenda.

A motion to approve the minutes was moved and seconded; one member stated they could not approve because they had not attended the prior meeting and later recorded an abstention. The board approved the agenda by voice vote after brief discussion about whether a majority was required given absences.

At the end of the session, a motion to adjourn was made and seconded; the board voted by voice and President Gary Pacheco declared the April 16 meeting closed.
