Board clears consent agenda, approves surplus vehicle and minutes, then enters executive session

Pickens County commissioners approved several routine items and then moved into executive session.

Chair reviewed proclamations and recognitions included on the consent agenda and asked for approval; the board approved those items by voice vote.
