At its Jan. 23, 2024 meeting the Muskego City Common Council approved a consent agenda that included approval of prior minutes, voucher approval, a 2024 expenditure resolution for a library study-room project, and a developers agreement with Peach Lane LLC.
During discussion, a council member asked whether there is an existing easement along the north side of the Peach Lane property that provides access to the park. The council member said he recalled an easement and asked whether it would be retained in platting. A city official responded that staff would review the plat and confirm whether the easement is captured.
The council moved, seconded and voted by voice to approve the consent agenda. The chair announced the motion passed. No dollar amounts or detailed terms of the Peach Lane developers agreement were read into the record at the meeting; the council asked staff to review plat/easement details as part of subsequent planning steps.
