Elmsford trustees adopt 2024–25 budget, confirm fire leadership and approve department bylaws

The Village of Elmsford Board of Trustees voted on May 1 to adopt the 2024–25 municipal budget, confirm several fire-department officer appointments and ratify the department’s bylaws.
