The board also recommended approval of April county bills and payroll and accepted a variety of committee reports. Justin Knepper was recommended and sworn in to fill the District 1 vacancy; the chair listed committee assignments for Knepper. Most items were approved on voice votes; where a dollar amount or deadline is unclear in the transcript, the meeting record is quoted or noted as 'not specified.'
