- Second substitute Senate Bill 218 (private probation and court-ordered services): passed the Senate (21 yea, 0 nay, 8 absent) and will be sent to the House.
- Third substitute Senate Bill 267 (brain injury and neuro rehabilitation fund renaming): substituted and passed (25 yea, 0 nay, 4 absent); sent to the House.

- Senate Bill 269 (chronic conditions support amendments): amended to a three-year pilot and passed (recorded as 20 yea, 0 nay, 5 absent).
- Several rule changes and resolutions were substituted and advanced, including first substitute SJR9 (joint rules changes) and first substitute SR4 (Senate rules resolution moved to third reading for further consideration on remote testimony/video rules).
- Second substitute Senate Bill 241 (Utah Inland Port Authority amendments) passed with a provision prohibiting port entities from purchasing water rights (25 yea, 0 nay, 4 absent) and was sent to the House.
