Committee forwards settlements and closed‑session items to Board

Items 4 through 10, listed as four ordinances and three resolutions authorizing settlements and approvals of unlitigated claims with amounts ranging from about $28,000 to $350,000, were presented as closed‑session items. After confirming no public comment, Chair Dean Preston moved to forward Items 4–10 to the full Board with a positive recommendation. The clerk called the roll and the committee voted unanimously (3 ayes) to forward the items.
