• Items 6 & 7 — HSA reauthorization to apply for state child‑welfare housing allocations: The committee reauthorized the Human Services Agency to apply for two HCD allocations—housing navigators and transitional housing—potentially funding support for up to about 70 foster youth and other services; the maximum awards for San Francisco were stated as ~$183,775 (housing navigators) and ~$573,950 (transitional housing), to be determined by HCD based on local need and applications.
