Commission reviews informational updates for HOME SF project at 4742 Mission Street

Staff (Rich Sukray) and the project sponsor showed updated landscape and roof‑deck plans required by a prior condition of approval: the usable roof‑deck area was reduced from about 3,997 square feet to roughly 3,112 square feet by setting back railings and adding a landscape buffer, and a recorded ingress/egress easement for the rear yard was provided.
